I have been dealing with Richard Hughes and his team for three and a half years, and have found Melissa, his colleague, extremely professional, and highly efficient in all their dealings with me… Extremely prompt in dealing with any problems I had at my house, … and always in a friendly and compassionate manner.
I shall certainly miss dealing with them, and can only wish Richard, Melissa and the rest of the team all the very best in the future…. They deserve it…..
